Personal Data must go through the ZDR-Enabled API — or it's a breach
Customer agrees that it will process Personal Data through the Services only using SpaceXAI's ZDR-Enabled API (as such term is defined in the Agreement). Customer's failure to use the ZDR-Enabled API to process Personal Data as required will constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
Personal data can't be sent to non-ZDR services. Doing so is a material breach of the agreement.
