WhatsApp data is off-limits for profiling individual users

You must not directly or indirectly or through automated or other means (a) with the exception of the content of your message threads, use WhatsApp Business Platform Data (data you obtain from using the WhatsApp Business Platform) to track, build, or augment profiles on individual WhatsApp Users;
