Your delivery window is no longer a promise

If you requested a delivery window, we aim to deliver your goods within the delivery window you selected when placing your order, but do not guarantee that goods will be delivered in that window. Walmart is not liable for delivering goods outside of the requested delivery window. We may, in our discretion, provide you with a refund in certain circumstances. You agree that all refunds will be subject to our discretion.
