Your AI agent’s card transactions are yours—even when it hallucinates
As between you, Stripe, and the applicable Issuing Bank, you are responsible for all Agent-initiated transactions as if you had taken the action yourself; those transactions were caused by bugs, hallucinations and/or misinterpretations.
Agent-initiated card transactions can become the user's liability, even when the agent misunderstood instructions or hallucinated.
