Disconnecting won't erase data already sent to a third party
You can disconnect a third party integration at any time. Disconnecting prevents future access. Because we cannot recall data that a third party has already received, you should also exercise any deletion or withdrawal rights directly with the third party.
Data already shared with a third party stays outside Oura's control. Deletion or withdrawal requests have to go to that third party.
