Your data can't train its AI models without your written consent
The Service Provider will not use Personal Data for the training, fine-tuning, evaluation or development of artificial intelligence or machine learning models except with Client's prior written consent, and where such consent is given, only using that Client's Personal Data and only for the purpose of providing the Services to that Client.
Client personal data is no longer a default training source for AI or model development.
