AI agents are barred from decisions that risk health, safety, or rights
5.2 Prohibited Acts. In addition, and without limiting the other requirements in this AUP, you may not (directly or indirectly) use the HubSpot Service with content, or in a manner that: (xviii) uses AI Agents (as defined in our Product Specific Terms) for (a) automated decision-making, or (b) any purpose that poses a material risk to health, safety, or fundamental rights, where prohibited by applicable law.
AI agent workflows used for automated decision-making are now prohibited where law forbids them.
