You lose the opt-out on Contentsquare’s extra data use
Contentsquare may also process Customer Data as a Controller for (a) benchmarking reports and (b) Internal Development. Upon written request, Customer can opt-out of such Processing. as set out in Contentsquare Services Privacy. Customer grants Contentsquare with the right to anonymize Customer Data for the Purposes set out in section 5.5 of the Agreement and 2.1 of this DPA.
Controller-side data use expands beyond benchmarking and internal development, and the written opt-out disappears.
