DPA disputes can now end the service immediately
In the event that the Parties are unable to reach such an agreement Customer or Contentsquare may, by written notice to the other Party, with immediate effect, terminate the Agreement to the extent that it relates to the CS Service which are affected by the proposed variations (or lack thereof).
Amendment disputes can now trigger immediate termination of the affected CS service.
