Going over your Prepaid Limits triggers an Overage
Drata will not prevent Customer from increasing product volume usage beyond the licensed usage volume restrict Customer's ability to consume Services beyond the initial Prepaid Limits; however, any consumption exceeding the Prepaid Limits shall constitute an Overage. Such Overage will trigger a Supplemental Order Form to replenish the prepaid balance for the remainder of the Subscription Term.
Extra usage now becomes an Overage and can trigger a Supplemental Order Form.
