Committed usage can't be canceled
You may cancel your Services account at any time through your account settings or by contacting DigitalOcean support to avoid future charges.charges, except as set forth below. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the TOS or an order form, your purchase of committed usage, reserved capacity, or a similar consumption commitment (e.g., Required Monthly Usage or a Term Spend Minimum) is non-cancelable and non-reducible
Customers with committed usage can still owe the remaining balance after cancellation or termination.
