'Excess Usage' can trigger throttling or suspension
Box reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, implement reasonable usage controls (including but not limited to throttling, rate limiting, or temporary suspension) if a customer exceeds or approaches any Excess Usage limit until the overage is remedied and/or all billing issued by Box is paid in full.
Service can be throttled, rate-limited, or temporarily suspended until excess usage and related billing are resolved.
