Bolt now owns end-user data and relationships
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Merchant acknowledges and agrees that Bolt retains full, independent, and sole ownership over any data, relationships, account information, and personal information of or pertaining to any end users who interact with, create accounts on, or process transactions through Bolt's systems, platform, or network.
Merchant control over customer-facing data and relationships narrows; Bolt is asserting sole ownership of end-user information on its platform.
