AI training promise now covers only generative AI models
5.5. AI Training. Articulate will not, and does not permit others to use Customer Content to train, re-train, fine-tune, or otherwise adjust the weights or parameters of any generative AI models unless Customer expressly authorizes such use.
Customer content can still fuel customer-specific AI features, prompts, workflows, retrieval layers, models, and intelligence features.
