Apple's new fixed-term subscriptions cut off future refunds
For Subscriptions that require your commitment to a specified number of billing periods, any such refund will relate only to the period of access already paid for but not yet provided, and no refund is due in respect of any future monthly periods for which payment has not yet been collected.
Refunds are limited to access already paid for but not yet delivered. Future billing periods are excluded.
