Minor breaches no longer trigger termination for cause

In addition to any other remedies it may have, either party may terminate these Terms, if (i) the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to cure such material breach within thirty (30) days of its receipt of a written notice identifying the material breach in reasonable detail (or ten (10) days in the case of non-payment)
