Covered Models can keep your data for safety review
Customer agrees that Anthropic may retain and perform safety reviews on Inputs, Outputs, and other data regarding Customer's use of the Covered Models. For clarity, this supersedes any modified retention commitments (e.g., ZDR) provided by Anthropic that may otherwise apply to Customer's use of the Services.
Covered Models data can be kept and reviewed for safety, even when a zero-retention setup was expected.
