Aggregated and anonymized data lose DPA coverage
"Personal Information" means information that relates, directly or indirectly, to an identified or identifiable natural person (a "Data Subject"). For the avoidance of doubt, Personal Information does not include aggregated or anonymized data.
Aggregated or anonymized data no longer count as Personal Information. The DPA's processing protections stop applying to them.
